Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner is a modern-day woman who is full of energy and wisdom. She's an actor, author health guru, talk host, show producer, entrepreneur model, director dancer, singer and most important wife and mother! There's a reason why she's earned her the title Perpetual Motion. Marilu is living proof of the impact her holistic approach is having on her daily life. She believes good health is essential to be successful. However, it wasn't always that like that. Her diet was one of yoyos in her teens, and was watching her weight increase. She always felt sick and ate emotional. As she reached her 50's, and both of her parents had died-her mother due to complications with arthritis and father after an untimely heart attack, she recognized that she required to take control of her life. Dieting was not the goal, it was to improve the health of our bodies and develop the best way to maximize the way our bodies were designed to perform.
